When placing an alteration order please make sure you do the following:
Start by measuring the inseam from crouch to floor for the pants to be hemmed properly. Then type in the length you need them to be hemmed to. Example you measure and you find that you need to have a 23 pant length. But you do not see a size 23 pant size. You will need to order a 24 length and then you would put in text field: Hem to 23 inch.
If measuring skirt length: make sure you do the waist (belly button is the waist) to top of knees, this is the first true measurement. Now you will want to measure 2 inch above knees and subtract that from the first true measurement.
