GARMENT CARE
All garments can be machine washed and machine dried. We recommend washing in a delicate permanent press cycle inside out. Do not iron over heat pressed logos. Logos damaged due to ironing will not be replaced free of charge.


PRICING AND DISCOUNT POLICY
You will find the same low pricing on our internet site as you will in our store. 

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY
We will process your order as quickly as possible. Since each order requires special attention, please order early to accommodate embroidery lead time, stock availability, and processing time.  


Please allow lead time of one week for embroidery and two weeks in busy season ( during the months of June through September). When ordering, please be sure of your sizes. Any Logo’d items may not be returned or exchanged. 

Internet Orders for IN-STOCK merchandise  can take approximately 7-10 business days to complete. Back Orders can takeup to  an additional 5-7 business days. This is not including emprodiery time

All orders are shipped via FedEx ground service. Please be aware that should you request a package delivered to a residence, the package may be left outdoors upon delivery. The customer assumes responsibility for receipt of package. Uniform Source will not be responsible for replacing merchandise left at an unattended residence.

FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please ensure that the shipping address that you provide is not a P.O. Box as this can cause signifcant delays in your order.

All internet orders must be paid for by credit card. No C.O.D.’s


RETURN POLICY
We are happy to provide full refund for non-logo’d, unworn garments with intact tags that are returned within 14 days of the original ship date. Garments returned after 14 days may be exchanged for merchandise or instore merchandise credit as long as the original tags are on the garment. Garments with removed tags, or worn or wash garments will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please be sure of your sizes and preferences before ordering garments that require logos. Garments with logos may not be returned or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: Special* order items that are not regularly stocked are not returnable.
